Our client is looking for an experienced and reliable Working Site Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on role overseeing civil engineering and groundworks projects as well as ongoing maintenance works. The successful candidate will need to deal directly with the client and liaise back to head office, and will be expected to work alongside the team on the tools.

About the Site Supervisor Role:

As the new Working Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for coordinating a civils team delivering both maintenance and project works. You’ll work closely with another on-site supervisor (managing a separate team), and be in daily contact with their friendly, responsive office-based team. This role is ideal for someone who isn’t afraid of getting their hands dirty alongside the team and is calm, organised, patient, and highly effective at communication with a proactive, can-do attitude and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Job Details:

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm.
  • Salary: £50,000–£55,000 depending on experience
  • Contract: Permanent (PAYE or CIS options available)
  • 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
  • Company pension scheme
  • On-site parking
