The Role of Gas Service Engineer:

  • Boiler servicing, breakdown diagnosis and repair
  • Fault-finding on Gas, Oil and LPG heating systems
  • Upselling boiler replacements & system upgrades where appropriate
  • Work on vented and unvented systems
  • Professional communication with customers
  • Maintaining a neat, high-standard quality of work

Skills and Experience Required:

  • You are Gas Safe registered and technically strong with minimum 3 years qualified experience
  • You take pride in high-standard workmanship and are a proper fault-finder, not just a parts changer
  • You communicate well with customers and colleagues
  • You are reliable, organised and calm under pressure
  • You want to be part of a trusted team with high standards
  • CCN1 Domestic Gas Safety and CENWAT1 (or CEN1 and WAT1 together) - Essential
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and a clean driving licence - Preferred
  • Right to work in the UK - Essential
