Now they’re looking for a Sales & Estimating Coordinator who’s sharp, ambitious and ready to grow.
Key Responsibilities of the Sales & Estimating Coordinator:
- Own tendering support — qualify leads, prep estimates, nail take-offs, and help win big commercial projects
- Keep the pipeline moving — update HubSpot, book meetings, push actions forward and support BAFO negotiations
- Bring the detail — manage deadlines, tidy the documentation, chase suppliers and keep numbers accurate
- Be the glue — work across sales, operations, suppliers and contractors to keep everything tight and on track
- Talk to clients confidently — you’ll be a key voice throughout the tender process
You’ll work directly with the Head of Business Development (UK & EU) — and you’ll learn a lot.

What You’ll Bring:
You might be a recent grad (QS, Construction, Architecture, Engineering) — or you might have 1–3 years’ experience in estimating, commercial support or project coordination. Either way, you should have:
- Comfort reading drawings, specs and commercial info
- High attention to detail + solid numeracy
- Confidence speaking with clients and suppliers
- Interest in buildings, design or the built environment
- Bonus: experience with HubSpot or estimating tools
