As a Sales Co-Ordinator, you will be instrumental in supporting the sales function by managing inbound and outbound communications, coordinating appointments, and ensuring seamless collaboration between the sales and operations teams.

Your role will be focused on handling customer inquiries, scheduling surveys, maintaining records, and supporting the sales process to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Co-Ordinator

  • Customer & Sales Support
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information about our professional damp survey services.
  • Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads.
  • Track incoming leads and ensure timely follow-up and progression through the sales pipeline.
  • Liaise with potential and existing customers to nurture relationships and maintain engagement.
  • Ensure smooth handovers from sales to operations for service delivery.
  • Coordinate appointments and bookings for surveyors, ensuring efficient scheduling.
  • Maintain customer records in the CRM system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a sales support and co‑ordination role (experience in construction, property services, or related industries is a plus).
