Manufacturing Production Trainee
to join their dynamic workshop team, supporting the assembly and production of advanced robotic systems used in high-performance environments. Key Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Production Trainee Working alongside experienced engineers and technicians, youll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly. With full training provided, youll gain practical, real-world experience across: Goods inward processing
checking and booking in stock and materials Stock control and data entry using MRP systems Kitting and distributing parts to the assembly team Supporting testing and quality control processes Assembling mechanical components using hand and power tools Assisting with electrical sub-assemblies and wiring (including soldering and wiring looms) Skills & Experience: You dont need previous experiencejust the right attitude and enthusiasm to learn: A genuine interest in engineering, manufacturing, or robotics Hands-on mindset and willingness to get stuck in Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Good communication skills and a team-player attitude Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment What Youll Get Full training and ongoing support from a skilled team Exposure to cutting-edge robotic technology Clear opportunities for career progression as you develop Flexible working hours (7.5-hour day) A supportive, collaborative workshop environment About the Company Youll be joining an innovative and fast-growing engineering business specialising in advanced robotic systems.
