A leading international B2B food & beverage exhibition organiser is looking for an Events Operations Executive (Italian Speaker) to support the delivery of its growing portfolio of international exhibitions.
With ambitious expansion plans across the UK and global markets, the business delivers high-profile industry events connecting brands, buyers and professionals from around the world. A major focus of upcoming growth includes a flagship international exhibition taking place at ExCeL London in November 2026, dedicated entirely to the global pizza industry.
This is a highly operational, hands-on role supporting the full lifecycle of event delivery from pre-event planning through to live operations and post-event wrap-up. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring exhibitions are delivered smoothly, efficiently and to the highest standards. You will be trusted to independently manage operational tasks while proactively identifying issues and implementing practical solutions.
