The Wood Machinist / CNC Machinist Role
You’ll be involved in the production of bespoke fitted kitchens and furniture using a wide range of specialist woodworking and CNC machinery within a professional workshop environment:
- Homag Edgebander CNC machinery
- 3 and 5-axis CNC driller/routers
- Rip saws and spindle moulders
- Routers and sanding equipment
- RF presses and vacuum bag press systems
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on manufacturing work and takes pride in producing high-quality finished products.
What We're Looking For
- Experience operating CNC or woodworking machinery
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive and reliable approach to work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work overtime when available
Trainee Opportunities Available
Applications are also welcomed from trainees or college leavers with relevant study experience, practical aptitude, or a strong interest in woodworking and manufacturing. Full training can be provided for the right individual.
