Key Responsibilities of the IT Service Desk Support:
- Be the first point of contact for technical support queries via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot issues with Windows desktops, laptops, applications, and hardware.
- Log and track customer tickets, escalating where necessary.
- Learn to support Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, and more.
- Provide excellent customer service while fixing and upgrading user devices.
- Deliver remote support and occasional onsite assistance.
- Get exposure to networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, security protocols).
