This is an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled surveyor with strong sales ability to play a key role in both diagnosing issues and converting opportunities into work. Whats On Offer? Competitive rate of £80 per survey completed. Mileage paid at £0.30 mile Starting at around 2 + surveys per day The successful candidate will need to have capacity for at least 10 surveys per week. Key Responsibilities of the Freelance Damp and Timber Surveyor: Conducting full property damp assessments as specified by the client. Preparing and submitting detailed survey reports in accordance with company standards. Contacting customers and booking surveys within 48 hours of being assigned a lead in their portal.
