Are you an organised, enthusiastic and tech-savvy events professional with a passion for creating engaging experiences both online and in person? Our client is a respected national membership organisation at the heart of NHS financial management and they play a key role in delivering outstanding events for their growing community. As they continue to grow, an exciting new opening has arisen for a passionate Events Co-ordinator to join their dynamic team in Bristol (with hybrid working options). This is a 12 Month FTC (Maternity Cover).

Key Responsibilities of the Events Co-ordinator:

  • Support the vibrant Institute, Networks and Events (INE) team in planning, promoting and delivering events that inspire, connect, and educate healthcare finance professionals across the UK.
  • This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same from managing delegate communications and liaising with venues to hosting live online webinars and running on-site events.
  • Organising all aspects of in-person and online events (admin, bookings, feedback, tech setup).
  • Supporting speaker briefings and AV setup for seamless delivery.
  • Leading on delegate comms and event-day logistics.
  • Creating and updating event webpages (Drupal) and managing registration platforms (Cvent).
  • Supporting marketing activities and sending email campaigns (ClickDimensions).
  • Managing event queries and keeping CRM data up-to-date.

What we’re looking for:

  • Are highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with delegates, suppliers and internal teams.
  • Are confident using IT tools like Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Have experience or a strong interest in events (bonus if you’ve used Cvent, RingCentral or Teams webinars).
  • Enjoy working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Have a proactive, can-do mindset and aren’t afraid to get stuck in.
