Having delivered creative and digital marketing solutions across the UK for over 20 years, the team is now looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience across the following:
- SEO, SEM, AEO
- Search ads / Paid media
- Content writing
- Social media (organic and paid)
- Campaign reporting
If you're feeling stuck in a role with no room to grow and you're craving the buzz of an agency environment (with the flexibility of both home and office-based working), this could be your next move. The team is friendly, experienced, and passionate - and they're looking for someone who's just as excited to work across a variety of client accounts.
You’ll already be confident with creating and managing ad campaigns, including bid management, and know how to optimise for continual performance improvement. You’ll also bring a solid understanding of SEO and AEO - including schema markup - and know how to turn technical insights into real-world results for digital assets.
Ideally, your skill set will include:
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads (MCC), Google Analytics, and customer insight tools
- Proven ability to run paid media across platforms like Google, Facebook, and Bing (lead gen-focused)
- Strong SEO knowledge - On Page, Off Page, and AEO
- At least 1-2 years of commercial experience in a digital marketing role
- Confidence with search, display, and retargeting strategies
- Great writing and communication skills - you’ll contribute to meetings and client conversations
- Experience setting up PPC health checks, prospect analysis, and campaign trials
- Understanding of Programmatic Display, Retargeting, Tag Management, and conversion tools
- Google certification (a bonus!)
