They manage a growing portfolio of high-quality studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments across Birmingham City Centre and the wider region, including Redditch, Nuneaton, Wolverhampton, Swadlincote, and Burton.

As the portfolio continues to grow, they are now looking to recruit a skilled and reliable Painter & Decorator to join the in-house maintenance team. You will be responsible for carrying out painting and decorating works across residential properties, ensuring apartments are finished to a high standard for new and existing tenants.

Key Responsibilities of the Painter & Decorator:
  • Interior painting and decorating of residential apartments
  • Preparing surfaces including filling, sanding, and priming
  • Emulsion and gloss work to a high standard
  • Working efficiently to meet turnaround deadlines
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional working environment
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator
