Are you ready to step up and run projects that actually get finished properly? Our client is a busy, growing, residential property maintenance & handyman company operating across the domestic sector in South West London. Based near Clapham Junction, they’re looking for a driven Residential Assistant Project Manager & Estimator to work alongside their Project Manager and help keep jobs running smoothly from quote to completion.
Working on small scale domestic projects for homeowners, this is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role — perfect for a multi skilled tradesman that is looking to step away from being on the tools or someone that has performed a similar role before. The ideal candidate is someone who can walk into a house and spot if the tiler or plumber has made an error and be able to resolve it, who understands site realities but is equally confident organising works, managing engineers, and dealing with clients.
What’s in it for you:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Permanent, stable role in an established company that has operated in the area for 25 years.
- Varied work — no two days the same
- Real responsibility and autonomy
- Opportunity to grow with the business and progress your career
