An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Accountant / Credit Controller who is fluent in Italian to join a leading B2B Trade Show platform promoting Italian food and beverages. Based in London, this full-time, permanent role offers the chance to work on international trade shows across London, Milan, Toronto, Riga, Warsaw, and Miami, contributing to a dynamic and multicultural team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements. Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes. Manage VAT records and prepare financial statements for review. Ensure timely collection of outstanding debts and maintain healthy cash flow. Reconcile financial discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records. Handle financial operations, including invoice processing, payments, and payroll. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes. Develop and implement financial and company policies and procedures. Provide monthly financial reports to the CEO. Qualifications: Bachelor\’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as an Accountant or Credit Controller. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
