They manage a growing portfolio of high-quality studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments across Birmingham City Centre and the wider region, including Redditch, Nuneaton, Wolverhampton, Swadlincote, and Burton. As the portfolio continues to grow, they are now looking to recruit a skilled and reliable Painter & Decorator to join the in-house maintenance team. You will be responsible for carrying out painting and decorating works across residential properties, ensuring apartments are finished to a high standard for new and existing tenants.
Key Responsibilities of the Painter & Decorator:
- Interior painting and decorating of residential apartments
- Preparing surfaces including filling, sanding, and priming
- Emulsion and gloss work to a high standard
- Working efficiently to meet turnaround deadlines
