As a Trading Product Designer (Web), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of a leading trading platform. You will design intuitive, high-fidelity web interfaces that cater to professional traders, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and commercial teams. Accountabilities

  • Translate product requirements and user flows into user-friendly and efficient web interfaces
  • Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed UI specifications for stakeholders and developers
  • Ensure a seamless and optimized user experience across different screen sizes and devices
  • Define innovative gesture-based interactions to enhance usability and fluidity
  • Advocate for modern web design principles, patterns, and emerging technologies
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to iterate on UI elements based on user feedback and analytics

Requirements

  • 5+ years of UX/UI experience, preferably in trading, financial products, or fintech platforms
  • Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • Proven experience designing for web platforms across multiple technologies, locations, and channels
  • Exceptional visual design skills with attention to detail in typography, layout, color, and consistency
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to articulate and defend design decisions effectively
  • Knowledge of derivative trading or trading platforms is highly desirable
