As a Technical Project / Program Manager, you will oversee complex enterprise implementations involving imaging platforms, integrations, and AI-enabled technologies.
You will coordinate technical teams, healthcare stakeholders, and vendors to deliver successful project outcomes from planning through go‑live and stabilization.

- Accountabilities
- Lead complex healthcare IT projects and programs focused on enterprise imaging platforms and related technology initiatives.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams including clinical stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and operational groups.
- Manage implementation activities including testing, deployment preparation, cutover planning, go‑live execution, and post‑launch stabilization.
- Support AI and machine learning initiatives designed to improve imaging workflows, automation, and clinical operations.
- Partner with healthcare, technical, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated imaging solutions.
- Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure effective communication between project teams, leadership, and external partners.
- Monitor project progress and provide clear updates on milestones, challenges, and delivery outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, or similar leadership role within healthcare IT.
- Proven experience managing enterprise healthcare technology implementations.
- Experience with enterprise imaging solutions such as Epic Radiant, Sectra, PACS, RIS, AI/ML imaging platforms, or comparable systems.
- Strong understanding of healthcare IT implementation methodologies and end‑to‑end project delivery processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional teams and complex stakeholder environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical teams, clinical users, executives, and vendors.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing timelines, risks, budgets, and dependencies.
- Experience supporting large healthcare systems or enterprise‑scale technology transformations is preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as DICOM and HL7 is a plus.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is preferred.
