- Accountabilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, including proven experience in a Technical Lead or senior engineering leadership role.
- Strong expertise in software architecture design, system design, and end-to-end technical solution development.
- Proven experience conducting code reviews, defining engineering standards, and ensuring high-quality delivery practices.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead engineering teams in complex, fast‑paced environments.
- Strong decision‑making skills with experience managing technical risks and ensuring delivery excellence.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, CI/CD pipelines, and Dev Ops practices is a plus.
