You will operate at the intersection of engineering, design, and demand generation, enabling rapid experimentation while maintaining exceptional performance, security, and quality standards. As a senior, hands-on technical leader, you will architect scalable systems, guide critical platform transitions, and empower non-technical stakeholders to move faster through reusable tools and components. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver elegant, high-performing digital experiences at enterprise scale. This role offers significant autonomy, technical influence, and strategic impact in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. Accountabilities
- Define and own the long-term technical roadmap for the web platform, ensuring scalability, performance, reliability, and security.
- Lead the architectural transition from custom-built systems to a modern headless CMS and Framer-based ecosystem.
- Act as the technical authority for web infrastructure, tooling, and platform decisions, maintaining a modern, lightweight, and low-debt stack.

- Build reusable components, workflows, and frameworks that empower non-technical teams to create and ship high-quality pages independently.
- Own performance, SEO, accessibility, and security standards, maintaining elite web performance benchmarks and best-in-class user experiences.
- Design and maintain experimentation, analytics, and attribution frameworks to ensure accurate insights across the entire conversion funnel.
- Provide architectural guidance, mentorship, and rigorous code reviews to ensure engineering excellence.
- Translate complex technical decisions into clear business impact for marketing and leadership stakeholders.
- Continuously optimize platform reliability, developer experience, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in frontend, marketing engineering, or growth engineering roles, including 3+ years in a senior technical leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of owning and scaling production marketing websites and high-traffic acquisition platforms.
- Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frontend frameworks, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Framer, headless CMS platforms, and modern web tooling.
- Experience building and maintaining serverless APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of analytics, attribution, and experimentation platforms, including tools such as Amplitude, Google Tag Manager, and PostHog.
- Strong design sensibility with attention to detail, motion, layout, accessibility, and performance.
- Ability to translate technical complexity into intuitive solutions for non-technical collaborators.
- Excellent communication skills, autonomy, and a high-ownership mindset.
- Experience working closely with marketing, design, and growth teams in fast-moving environments.
