In this role, you will be responsible for managing key flagship accounts, ensuring strong cooperation, and driving sustainable business growth. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities, resolving challenges, and aligning their needs with tailored solutions. Accountabilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, inquiries, and ongoing support.

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a digital environment, ideally within e-commerce or SaaS.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to analyze data to create effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets with knowledge of functions such as Pivot and VLookup.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and pitch services effectively.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
