We are currently looking for a Strategic Enterprise Success Manager in the United Kingdom. Accountabilities
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, overseeing the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Develop and execute data-driven success plans aligned with customer business objectives.
- Drive product adoption and value realization through tailored strategies and ongoing engagement.
- Identify and lead upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with sales teams.

Requirements
