- Accountabilities
- Own strategic partner relationships in Canada, serving as the primary point of contact and building trusted, long-term relationships with enterprise partners.
- Develop a deep understanding of partner objectives, business challenges, operating environments, and strategic priorities.
- Own and drive key commercial and operational KPIs, including jobs requested, fulfillment, average order value, and net revenue.
- Analyze performance across key channels, including online and physical locations, and translate insights into clear recommendations and measurable business actions.
- Lead regular business reviews and check-ins focused on performance, process optimization, feedback, priorities, and shared roadmaps.
- Coordinate operational delivery with cross-functional teams, including customer experience, fulfillment, after-sales, and other relevant functions.
- Identify, prioritize, and execute performance improvement initiatives, combining analytical work with practical, on-the-ground actions.
- Communicate the value proposition, products, and solutions to partner employees through training sessions and other engagement initiatives.
- Act as an outward-facing ambassador for the organization’s brand, values, and products across strategic, tactical, and operational forums.
- Build strong relationships with national partner teams and store managers through regular engagement and in-person store visits.
- Proactively identify operational challenges, resolve issues, and influence stakeholders toward solutions that support shared business goals.
- Travel regularly within Canada and occasionally internationally to support partner relationships, business reviews, and operational initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably combining retail, account management, partner management, or client relationship management experience.
- Demonstrated success managing strategic accounts or partnerships and delivering measurable commercial and operational results.
- Strong understanding of retail environments and experience influencing enterprise partners and multiple stakeholder groups.
- Proven ability to operate as a hands-on business operator, balancing relationship management, strategic planning, analysis, and execution.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data, identify opportunities, and translate insights into practical actions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a demonstrated capacity to manage ambiguity, adapt quickly, and find effective solutions.
- Highly collaborative approach, with the ability to coordinate effectively across customer experience, fulfillment, after-sales, and other cross-functional teams.
