We are currently looking for a Software Engineer: Frontend in the United Kingdom. You will join a fast-moving environment building AI-powered communication tools that redefine how businesses interact with their customers. The role focuses on crafting rich, intuitive user interfaces that power complex workflows across messaging, automation, and analytics. You will work closely with backend and product teams to translate ideas into scalable frontend architecture. Accountabilities

  • Translate product requirements into technical implementation plans, including writing Engineering Requirement Documents and breaking down features into actionable tasks.
  • Develop and maintain robust unit and end-to-end test suites to ensure product stability, reliability, and scalability.
  • Integrate product analytics and tracking to measure feature performance and user engagement, using insights to drive iteration.
  • Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and product stakeholders to deliver cohesive and scalable solutions.
  • Participate in system design discussions and contribute to frontend architecture decisions, ensuring long-term maintainability.
  • Support the continuous improvement of development processes, tooling, and engineering best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in frontend engineering, with deep knowledge of modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React (React Native experience is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and building interactive, data-intensive applications.
  • Experience building and maintaining test suites (unit, integration, and end-to-end testing).
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools and data-driven feature evaluation.
  • Ability to document technical requirements clearly and translate product ideas into structured engineering tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in asynchronous, distributed teams.
  • Experience working across the full product lifecycle in a startup or fast-paced engineering environment.
  • Fluency in written English is required; spoken English proficiency is strongly preferred.
