Accountabilities

As a Software Engineer specializing in frontend development for AI-powered agent experiences, you will help design and deliver interactive features across advanced web applications.

You will contribute to the evolution of creative tools and user-facing experiences while ensuring scalability, performance, and excellent usability.

  • Build new AI agent experiences inside complex frontend applications, including interactive flows, surveys, quizzes, and knowledge-check features.
  • Develop end-to-end frontend features, from user interfaces and state management to application logic and learner-facing experiences.
  • Work primarily with large React and Type Script applications while contributing to related video player functionality.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define new interaction patterns and improve user experiences.
  • Take ownership of frontend initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring high-quality and maintainable solutions.
  • Implement real-time interactive experiences using modern web technologies and scalable frontend architectures.
  • Make targeted backend changes when needed to support frontend functionality and improve feature delivery.
  • Contribute to technical discussions, architecture decisions, and continuous improvements across engineering practices.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a strong frontend engineer with experience building complex web applications and a product-oriented mindset.

You should be comfortable owning features independently while collaborating across technical and creative teams.

  • 4–6+ years of professional frontend engineering experience.
  • Strong expertise in Type Script and React development.
  • Experience building large-scale web applications where users create, configure, or manage content, such as editors, design tools, workflow builders, or no-code/low-code platforms.
  • Ability to own frontend features from UI implementation through state management and application logic.
  • Experience with backend technologies such as Node. js to support end-to-end feature development.
  • Familiarity with real-time application patterns, including Web Sockets or live collaboration experiences.
  • Strong product mindset with the ability to understand user needs and challenge solutions when necessary.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, and international environment.

Preferred qualifications include

  • Experience developing AI-powered features, agent interfaces, or LLM-integrated products.
  • Experience monitoring and improving frontend performance using tools such as Datadog, Sentry, or Grafana.
