  • Provide expert guidance on compensation philosophy, pay equity, job architecture, market positioning, and geographic compensation strategies.
  • Integrate Total Rewards principles into broader talent initiatives and workforce planning programs to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Act as a trusted subject matter expert, contributing rewards expertise to cross‑functional projects involving finance, legal, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Lead education and enablement initiatives that strengthen organizational understanding of compensation programs and reward philosophies.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in compensation strategy, pay equity, job architecture, rewards frameworks, and geographically distributed workforce compensation models.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
