As a Senior Talent Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy and execution of flexible talent acquisition within specialized practice areas, ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality professionals to meet client demands. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on recruitment, providing the opportunity to engage with both senior stakeholders and candidates directly. You will manage end-to-end talent processes, from sourcing and selection to onboarding, while building and nurturing long-term relationships with a network of professionals. Your efforts will directly impact business growth, team success, and client satisfaction. Accountabilities
- Implement talent attraction strategies to maintain a steady pipeline of skilled professionals in targeted practice areas.
- Support client engagement by matching suitable candidates to business needs and contributing to achievement of sales objectives.
- Identify new talent sources, leverage networks, and engage in targeted marketing campaigns to attract top candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interviewing, offer management, reference checks, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system, using data to drive efficiency and informed decision-making.
- Build ongoing relationships with flexible professionals to ensure readiness for deployment and engagement with business opportunities.
- Collaborate with practice groups and internal stakeholders to ensure quality standards and candidate experience are met.
- Provide support to the broader talent team during peak periods, contributing to team objectives and process improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in a comparable role within flexible talent resourcing, alternative services platforms, or professional services recruitment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, natural rapport with people, and ability to build relationships easily.
- Team player with confidence, excellent communication, and interview skills.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and able to work at pace while managing competing priorities.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to maintain high-quality standards across multiple tasks.
