This position is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager in the United Kingdom. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and oversee complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations, resolving escalations, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. The role requires balancing multiple projects across industries, coordinating resources, and guiding project teams while implementing best practices in project management. You will analyze performance metrics, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement.
Accountabilities
- Deliver projects successfully across the full lifecycle, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively, delegating tasks based on team strengths and availability.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using established change control processes.
- Track and analyze project performance, KPIs, and financial outcomes to ensure successful completion.
- Serve as primary client contact for enquiries, escalations, and ongoing communication.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks and issues, including recovery planning when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to governance standards and project delivery frameworks.
Requirements
- Extensive experience managing full Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations.
- Proven success delivering projects across the complete project lifecycle, including multi-geography engagements.
- Experience in legal tech or professional services technology solutions is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of managed services processes and client requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments and adapting to changing project needs.
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to deliver innovative solutions in dynamic environments.
