Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Analytics & Experiments based in United Kingdom.

As a Senior Product Manager focused on Analytics and Experiments, you will shape the strategy and evolution of products that help businesses understand performance, optimize growth, and make data‑driven decisions.

You will lead highly technical product initiatives at the intersection of analytics, experimentation, engineering, and customer value.

Working with cross‑functional teams, you will define product vision, develop scalable solutions, and transform complex data into actionable insights.

  • Accountabilities
  • Own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for analytics and experimentation solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Lead the development of data‑driven products including dashboards, reporting capabilities, benchmarks, predictive insights, experimentation platforms, A/B testing infrastructure, and rollout management tools.
  • Partner closely with engineering, data science, leadership, and go‑to‑market teams to define priorities and deliver high‑quality product experiences.
  • Investigate complex analytics challenges by analyzing customer needs, reviewing data, identifying patterns, and translating insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Develop and maintain meaningful metrics, benchmarks, and data frameworks that help users better understand performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive experimentation capabilities, including targeting strategies, test design, measurement approaches, and optimization workflows.
  • Create clear product plans by breaking ambitious visions into practical milestones while balancing impact, scalability, and delivery speed.
  • Act as a product owner who understands technical complexity, collaborates effectively with engineering teams, and actively contributes to solving challenging problems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, technical product roles, product engineering, analytics, or a related discipline with experience delivering complex products.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in SQL or similar data analysis tools and the ability to independently explore data and develop meaningful metrics.
  • Technical understanding of APIs, data models, system architecture, and engineering workflows, with the ability to collaborate effectively with highly technical teams.
  • Experience building data‑driven products, analytics platforms, experimentation tools, dashboards, or growth‑focused solutions.
  • Strong product sense with the ability to identify customer problems, prioritize opportunities, and translate insights into scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly across teams, time zones, and communication channels.
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, make informed decisions, and deliver results.
