Accountabilities:- Identify growth opportunities by analyzing user behavior and proposing hypotheses to improve key product and business metrics.
- Support the full experimentation lifecycle, including hypothesis generation, prioritization, validation, and impact measurement.
- Design and evaluate A/B tests and apply causal inference methods to assess product changes.
- Monitor, detect, and investigate anomalies or deviations in product and business performance metrics.
- Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reporting systems for ongoing product visibility.
- Deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations to product, marketing, and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support data-driven decision-making across product initiatives.
