You will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive product growth, user engagement, and business strategy. Working in a fully remote, international environment, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to define, test, and optimize product features. The role combines deep analytical work with strategic influence, allowing you to directly impact product direction through data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for identifying trends, uncovering opportunities, and validating hypotheses through experimentation and advanced analytics.
Accountabilities
- Build and maintain automated data collection pipelines from multiple heterogeneous sources and develop centralized BI dashboards for product monitoring.
- Analyze core product and business metrics to identify anomalies, trends, and opportunities for growth or optimization.
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests, ensuring methodological accuracy and reliable interpretation of results.
- Provide analytical support for product hypothesis generation and feature development initiatives.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of large datasets to uncover hidden patterns, dependencies, and actionable growth insights.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to translate data insights into strategic product decisions.
- Monitor marketing and product performance metrics to support user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across reporting systems and analytical tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or technical field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, probability theory, and experimental design.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Extensive experience in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests in product environments.
- Strong understanding of key product and marketing metrics, including user engagement, retention, conversion, and LTV.
- Experience working with large datasets and building meaningful dashboards or visualizations.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, global, and cross-functional environment.
- Strong communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
