This position is for a Senior Project Management Executive - REMOTE. In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of advanced nuclear power projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulatory standards. Your work will directly contribute to the future of clean energy by managing multi-billion-dollar projects that require expert governance and coordination. Accountabilities
- Lead a portfolio of new nuclear power plant development and delivery projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Drive consistent use of project management and controls systems.
- Establish a clear operating cadence for progress and risk visibility.
- Identify cross-project risks and resource constraints, providing clarity and resolution.
- Provide decision-ready reporting to executive leadership.
- Define and implement a phase-gate governance model for disciplined decision-making.

Requirements
- 15+ years in project management for large-scale capital infrastructure projects, with significant nuclear experience preferred.
- Experience leading large, complex nuclear projects within a matrixed PMO environment.
- Oversight of a portfolio with significant financial value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business; MS/MBA preferred.
- Expertise across nuclear project development and delivery phases.
- Strong contracting experience with EPCs and major vendors.
- Proven track record of implementing governance and management frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of U.S. NRC regulatory regimes; DOE experience a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently to project sites and meetings.
