The position blends advisory work with managers and employees alongside deep ownership of People Operations and systems. Accountabilities
- Partner with managers on employee relations, coaching, team dynamics, and performance-related conversations.
- Support the Head of People on complex cases while independently handling standard employee relations matters.
- Own end-to-end People Operations including onboarding, offboarding, HR systems, compliance, and benefits administration.
- Improve workflows by introducing automation, AI tools, and scalable processes across People programs.
- Manage internal communications related to policies, programs, and organizational changes.
- Lead performance cycle operations including setup, timelines, tracking, and completion.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable People insights.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives including surveys, analysis, and recommendations for improvement.
- Support recruiting operations when needed, including coordination and candidate experience.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in HR Generalist, HRBP, or hybrid People Operations roles.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and basic employment law principles.
- Experience managing HR systems and People Operations workflows end to end.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with advanced spreadsheet proficiency.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to build clear documentation.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in HR or People workflows.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams across regions and employment models.
- Strong judgment, with the ability to balance empathy and decisiveness.
- Ability to iterate quickly and improve processes through feedback and experimentation.
