Accountabilities
- Lead and execute integrated marketing strategies focused on autoimmune therapeutic services, clinical FSP offerings, and broader CRO solutions to support business growth and market positioning.
- Develop compelling messaging frameworks, content strategies, and omnichannel campaigns across digital platforms including websites, webinars, SEO/SEM, AI search, social media, podcasts, and live events.
- Collaborate closely with commercial, operational, medical, and scientific stakeholders to create impactful thought leadership content and strengthen brand visibility in key therapeutic areas.
- Drive the development of sales enablement materials and support lead generation initiatives by identifying target client profiles and optimizing campaign performance.
- Manage conference and event strategies end‑to‑end, including planning, budgeting, messaging, logistics, speaker coordination, and post‑event performance analysis.
- Deliver monthly reporting and actionable insights based on campaign performance, market trends, customer engagement, and business priorities to support strategic decision‑making.
- Mentor junior team members, contribute to departmental strategy, and help foster continuous improvement across the marketing function.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field; advanced degree considered a plus.
