Accountabilities
- Develop and implement overarching learning strategies and program roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Design and deliver engaging learning experiences across multiple modalities, including e-learning, video, and interactive courses
- Partner with subject matter experts to translate product knowledge into clear, accessible content
- Manage the end-to-end instructional design lifecycle: needs analysis, content creation, assessments, and program evaluation
- Provide leadership and mentoring to junior instructional designers and content creators
- Research, evaluate, and integrate innovative learning technologies and methodologies to improve learning outcomes
- Stay current with product updates and industry trends to ensure all learning materials reflect the latest features and best practices
- Manage multiple projects effectively, delivering high-quality work on schedule
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional instructional design experience, preferably in SaaS or Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) environments
- Proven leadership skills with experience leading projects, mentoring team members, and influencing stakeholders
- Strong command of authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Camtasia, and Adobe Captivate
- Data-driven mindset: able to use insights to inform design decisions and measure program impact
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly collaborative with the ability to work effectively across teams and geographies
- Experience designing learning programs that incorporate modern technologies and scalable solutions
