Accountabilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing performance, hiring, career development, and organizational planning within engineering environments.
  • Strong technical expertise in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, security, IT operations, or compliance domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to define architectural direction, evaluate technical trade‑offs, and influence senior technical stakeholders.
  • Experience operating in high‑growth SaaS, API‑first, or distributed technology organizations is highly valued.
