Accountabilities
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with blockchain foundations and ecosystem partners

- Identify and develop scalable opportunities to increase asset usage and ecosystem engagement

Requirements
- Proven experience in partnership management or ecosystem development, ideally in crypto, fintech, or tech industries
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, high‑impact growth projects from ideation to execution
- Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate ideas into actionable execution plans
- Experience working cross‑functionally with diverse teams such as marketing, product, and expansion
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in a remote, global setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
