Requirements
- Proven professional experience as an animator or artist within the games, entertainment, or interactive media industry, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating creative quality and technical range.
- Proficiency with industry-standard animation and design tools such as Adobe Animate, Spine, After Effects, Photoshop, or equivalent software.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, and motion design across 2D and/or 3D environments.
- Experience creating character animations, symbol animations, background elements, UI motion, and special effects.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary studio environment.
- Creative mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities across multiple projects.
- Passion for games and interactive experiences, with an understanding of how animation contributes to player engagement.
