Accountabilities
- Lead the design, development, and continuous refinement of advanced multi‑touch attribution models to evaluate marketing performance across the full customer journey.
- Build and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks covering paid, organic, and brand marketing performance, including Share of Voice, brand awareness, and sentiment analysis.
- Drive strategic planning and forecasting for marketing investments, delivering data‑driven recommendations for budget allocation and growth prioritization.
- Develop and maintain LTV and predictive models to support acquisition, retention, and customer quality optimization strategies.
- Analyze full‑funnel performance from awareness to closed‑won revenue, identifying friction points and growth opportunities across the B2B marketing funnel.
- Ensure data integrity and governance across marketing systems in collaboration with Revenue Operations, acting as a guardian of trusted data sources.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams and mentor analysts by setting high standards for analytics excellence and enabling scalable reporting practices.
Requirements
