Our partner is looking for a Senior Acquisition Manager based in United Kingdom.

As a Senior Acquisition Manager, you will own and shape the entire customer acquisition strategy across multiple business segments, driving growth from awareness through qualified pipeline generation.

This is a high-impact role that combines strategic planning, account-based marketing, paid acquisition, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Accountabilities
  • Own the end-to-end acquisition strategy across multiple customer segments, managing the full funnel from awareness to sales-qualified opportunities.
  • Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies across digital channels, optimizing budget allocation and identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Build and scale an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) program, including target account selection, campaign strategy, nurture programs, and sales alignment.
  • Design, launch, and optimize multi-touch nurture campaigns using email, retargeting, and content-driven engagement.
  • Lead relationships with external performance marketing agencies, setting objectives and evaluating success based on pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, design, and content teams to ensure acquisition strategies align with business priorities.
  • Analyze acquisition performance, attribution data, and pipeline metrics to guide investment decisions and improve conversion across the funnel.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis, uncover actionable insights, and improve campaign performance.
  • Develop creative briefs and content direction that support effective demand generation and customer engagement.
  • Continuously test, evaluate, and refine acquisition strategies while identifying opportunities to improve scalability and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading B2B customer acquisition strategies with significant ownership across the full marketing funnel.
  • Extensive hands-on experience designing, launching, and optimizing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
  • Strong background managing paid acquisition channels such as Google Ads, Linked In, Meta, Reddit, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect marketing performance to pipeline generation, revenue, and business outcomes using data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience developing nurture strategies for complex B2B buying journeys and long sales cycles.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams to create seamless lead handoff processes and improve pipeline quality.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting attribution, conversion, and pipeline metrics.
  • Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional stakeholders while maintaining accountability for results.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Hub Spot, Google Analytics 4, customer data platforms, or similar marketing technologies is advantageous.
  • Experience within Saa S, product-led growth (PLG), manufacturing, inventory management, or supply chain software is considered a plus.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, high-growth environment with a high degree of ownership.
