This position is for a Salesforce Solution Architect. In this role, you will lead the architectural design and technical direction of the Salesforce platform, driving its integration across Sales, Renewals, and Marketing functions. Your expertise will ensure that the platform is scalable, secure, and optimally integrated within the enterprise ecosystem, supporting global business growth and operational excellence. Accountabilities
- Define and own the architectural vision and roadmap for Salesforce across Sales, Renewals, and Marketing cloud solutions.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with enterprise standards and global rollout objectives.
- Act as the technical design authority, ensuring consistency across architecture patterns, guardrails, and development frameworks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate commercial and operational needs into scalable and sustainable technical designs.
- Oversee integration between Salesforce and wider enterprise systems (ERP, data lake, analytics, and identity platforms).
- Define and maintain technical standards, development best practices, and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with Security and Data teams to embed enterprise‑grade security, data protection, and privacy controls.
- Drive innovation by leveraging AI and automation to optimise processes and improve user productivity.
- Ensure platform readiness for future global rollouts, including localisation and performance management.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience as a Solution or Enterprise Architect in large‑scale Salesforce environments.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce technologies including API integrations, Lightning, Flow, and Data Cloud.
- Experience in designing secure and scalable architectures for regulated or global organizations.
- Proven ability to develop strategic plans and deliver outcomes on enterprise‑scale projects.
- Effective communicator with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect preferred.
