Accountabilities
The Salesforce QA professional will be responsible for validating Salesforce applications, ensuring solutions meet business requirements, and supporting successful project delivery through effective testing practices.
- Perform manual testing activities within Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
- Analyze functional and non-functional requirements to design effective testing approaches.
- Execute test scenarios, identify defects, document issues, and collaborate with delivery teams to resolve problems.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily SCRUM meetings, task updates, and project discussions.
- Estimate testing efforts, monitor task progress, and support delivery milestones.
- Collaborate with developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to ensure solution quality.
- Contribute to improving testing processes, automation initiatives, and overall QA practices.
- Support web services testing and explore automation frameworks where applicable.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce QA experience, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and business teams.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a QA professional with Salesforce. com.
- Hands-on experience performing manual testing for Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud implementations.
- Experience working in agile environments and participating in SCRUM-based delivery processes.
- Strong understanding of functional and non-functional testing methodologies.
- Ability to estimate testing efforts and manage assigned tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Experience with web services testing and knowledge of automation frameworks is a plus.
- Salesforce Administrator certification or QA automation experience is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and quality.
- Good communication, teamwork, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively solve technical challenges.
