Accountabilities
- Collaborate with clients and end users to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce CPQ and CRM solutions.
- Develop detailed user stories, business process flows, and functional specifications to support solution design and implementation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design scalable and effective Salesforce-based solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Configure Salesforce CPQ and other Salesforce cloud products, including workflows, automation tools, and business process enhancements.
- Support solution testing activities by collaborating with developers and stakeholders to validate functionality and ensure requirements are met.
- Participate in client-facing activities such as discovery workshops, solution demonstrations, user acceptance testing sessions, and end-user training.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and process improvements to enhance existing Salesforce solutions and project delivery.
- Manage multiple project priorities while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across engagements.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in IT, with strong exposure to Salesforce CRM environments.
- Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, including implementation involvement in at least one to two projects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, workflows, automation tools, and business process optimization.
- Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce automation tools such as Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Flows.
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into scalable technical and functional solutions.
- Experience supporting user acceptance testing and conducting end-user training sessions.
- Salesforce certifications are considered an advantage.
- Basic coding or development knowledge is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
