Our partner is looking for a Sail Point Identity IQ Support Engineer based in United Kingdom.

Join a remote-first team supporting enterprise identity governance solutions for large-scale international environments.

In this role, you will help maintain, enhance, and optimize a mission-critical Sail Point Identity IQ platform, ensuring secure access management and seamless identity lifecycle operations.

Working closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams, you'll contribute to the implementation of scalable identity solutions while troubleshooting complex technical issues.

You'll play a key role in strengthening governance, compliance, and operational efficiency while working on long-term, high-impact projects.

  • Accountabilities
  • Provide ongoing operational support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Sail Point Identity IQ environments.
  • Develop, configure, and maintain connectors, workflows, forms, rules, policies, and reports to support identity governance processes.
  • Manage identity lifecycle activities, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests, approvals, certifications, and role management.
  • Support application onboarding and integrate enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, databases, and third-party services.
  • Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to implement secure identity governance solutions and improve platform performance.
  • Contribute to documentation, issue resolution, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvements across the identity management ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting and administering Sail Point Identity IQ in production environments.
  • Strong expertise in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Identity Lifecycle Management, access governance, and compliance processes.
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications, including Active Directory, Azure AD, SCIM, REST/XML web services, and relational databases.
  • Proficiency in Java, Java Script, Power Shell, SQL, or similar scripting and development technologies.
  • Knowledge of Java EE or Microsoft . NET environments and familiarity with enterprise security best practices.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Fluent English communication skills and availability to work Central European Time (CET) business hours.
