Accountabilities
- Design, document, and optimize revenue operations processes across sales, marketing, and customer success functions to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Manage and maintain CRM systems and RevOps tools, ensuring data quality, seamless integrations, and operational reliability.
- Build dashboards and analyze funnel performance metrics to provide leadership with strategic insights and recommendations.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and customer-facing teams to align revenue goals, KPIs, and forecasting methodologies.
- Support territory planning, pipeline management, quota setting, and revenue forecasting using data-backed analysis.
- Develop training materials, process documentation, and best practices to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational clarity across teams.
- Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvement to increase productivity and support long-term growth initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar role, ideally within SaaS, AI, cloud, or technology-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies, pipeline management, revenue metrics, and operational reporting.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce, along with strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Familiarity with key business metrics including CAC, LTV, churn, conversion rates, and sales cycle performance.
- Proven ability to map, document, and optimize operational workflows across multiple departments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana is considered an asset.
- Relevant certifications in RevOps, Salesforce, or HubSpot are a plus.
