Accountabilities

  • Own the revenue engine by managing calendars, lead flow, and campaign execution to consistently meet and exceed KPIs.

  • Optimize sales messaging, sequences, snippets, and CRM workflows to drive conversion and alignment with marketing.
  • Maintain and enhance HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity, actionable reporting, and process consistency.
  • Track incoming revenue, payment plans, and operational metrics to support strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Advanced HubSpot skills with the ability to design and optimize workflows, pipelines, and dashboards.
  • Strong familiarity with AI tools and practical experience leveraging them to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and experienced in project management, with excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Digital marketing expertise, including email, copy, and funnel strategy, with measurable results.
