This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Revenue Operations Associate based in the United Kingdom. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and optimizing a high-growth commercial organization. As a Revenue Operations Associate, you will work at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution, helping drive revenue performance across sales, customer success, and go-to-market functions. The role combines data-driven decision-making with commercial insight, offering significant exposure to senior leadership and strategic initiatives. You will help improve forecasting, territory planning, customer lifecycle performance, and operational efficiency while identifying opportunities for scalable growth. Working in a fully remote and collaborative environment, you will have the autonomy to build processes, influence decisions, and leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to create measurable business impact.

Accountabilities

  • Partner with commercial leadership to design, implement, and optimize go-to-market operations, territory planning, account prioritization, and sales execution frameworks.
  • Analyze revenue performance across key metrics including pipeline generation, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, account coverage, customer onboarding, expansion opportunities, and renewal health.
  • Transform complex datasets into actionable insights, recommendations, and strategic initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams to identify bottlenecks and improve the customer journey from acquisition through retention and expansion.
  • Support commercial activities including pricing strategies, deal structures, renewals, upsell opportunities, and portfolio performance analysis.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting systems, and operational processes that enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI-driven workflows and automation across sales and revenue operations activities to improve productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, Business Operations, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or a similarly analytical commercial role.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of how forecasting, pipeline management, productivity, pricing, retention, and expansion contribute to revenue growth.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets, develop hypotheses, and drive actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency with SQL and experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, as well as business intelligence tools and reporting solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and build scalable processes where structure does not yet exist.
  • Interest in leveraging AI and automation technologies to enhance operational performance and business outcomes.
  • Experience within B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or platform-based businesses is advantageous but not required.
