We are currently looking for a Remote UX Research Manager. As a pivotal leader, you will guide a diverse team of UX researchers situated globally, working closely with various stakeholder teams to influence product strategies through research insights. Accountabilities

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in qualitative and quantitative research.
- 3+ years of experience overseeing a team of researchers.
- Experience managing globally dispersed teams across multiple countries.
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously in a client-driven environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build trust quickly across a variety of relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience leading consulting engagements with clients in a research or management consulting context.
- Proficiency in various research methodologies and tools.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field.
