This position is for a Mid-Level Application Developer - REMOTE. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining geospatial and situational awareness applications that support critical organizational goals. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions that enhance operational capabilities, leveraging modern technologies such as .NET, C#, and Python. Accountabilities
- Design, develop and maintain custom geospatial and situational awareness applications.
- Provide technical expertise during requirements collection and analysis.
- Develop solutions to meet the needs of GIS Programs.
- Create testing criteria based on Operational Requirements.
- Develop test plans and test scripts for system integrity.
- Conduct developmental and operational testing of applications.
- Implement automated workflows to improve efficiency.
- Create and deploy custom web applications using ESRI tools.
- Regularly update and maintain applications for compatibility.
- Propose innovative solutions to enhance the capabilities of systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
- 7+ years of Application Development experience.
- Proficiency in .NET, C#, and Python.
- Experience with ESRI APIs and SDKs.
