We are currently looking for a Remote Service Delivery Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the success and evolution of our Workday Application Managed Services portfolio. Your impact will extend beyond operational tasks to strategic initiatives ensuring customer satisfaction post-implementation. You will play a vital role in managing client relationships and driving account growth while maintaining high standards of service delivery and performance metrics.
Accountabilities
- Serve as the primary executive contact for AMS customers, aligning their Workday investment with business goals.
- Oversee service delivery against SLAs, analyzing data to resolve issues and achieve account health.
- Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with client stakeholders to present performance metrics.
- Direct the resolution process for complex issues, ensuring effective long-term solutions.
- Manage revenue streams and profitability of your portfolio, forecasting budget needs accurately.
- Scope project enhancements and oversee resource allocation for effective project management.
- Support Sales teams in identifying and closing new opportunities within current client accounts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Managed Services or ERP Consulting (HCM, Finance, or Payroll).
- Strong familiarity with the Workday ecosystem is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of ITIL best practices and experience with global delivery models.
- Proven ability in managing project budgets and revenue forecasting.
- Exceptional client-facing skills and ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; ITIL or PMP certifications are a significant plus.
