We are currently looking for a Remote Service Analyst. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing service delivery and ensuring efficient staffing for customer operations. Your proactive approach and expertise in workforce management will directly impact the operational efficiency and customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment. You will manage real-time customer demand, analyze data trends, and collaborate with various teams to maintain high service levels, making this role essential to the success of customer operations.

Accountabilities

  • Analyze datasets specific to your domain, identifying patterns and trends related to service performance.
  • Continuously strive for improved SLAs and identify seasonality trends that might affect performance.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Product, Risk teams, and domain analysts to deliver accurate service insights.
  • Manage task views, routing, and short-term system changes to ensure efficient workload distribution.
  • Conduct deep dives to identify issues between supply/demand and assess the service impact of proposed changes.

Requirements

  • Solid background in workforce management with experience in supporting operational teams.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel and Looker for data analysis and visualization.
  • Experience working with both live and historical data to identify trends and communicate insights.
  • Ability to make informed decisions under pressure, considering broad customer impact.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally, to convey complex ideas clearly.
